1. Processing Time

Digital Products: Delivered instantly via email after payment confirmation.

Ready-Made Products: 2-3 business days processing time.

Customized Products: 5-7 business days after design approval, depending on order complexity and quantity.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (India): 5-7 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping (India): 2-3 business days after dispatch

International Shipping: 10-15 business days (available for select countries)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery location
Order weight and size
Shipping method selected

Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹2,000 within India (standard shipping only).

4. Shipping Locations

We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. International shipping is available to select countries. Please contact us to confirm if we ship to your location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment through the courier's website.

6. Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged in Transit: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange for replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Customs and Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing.
