At Artgrafy, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our wedding and event invitation products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Customized Products

Due to the personalized nature of our invitation products, customized orders cannot be returned or refunded once approved for production. Please review all details, spellings, dates, and designs carefully before approving your order.

2. Digital Products

Digital invitation products (e-cards, video invitations, PDF downloads) are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be returned.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive damaged or defective physical products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will:

  • Replace the defective items at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a full refund if replacement is not possible

4. Order Errors (Our Mistake)

If we made an error in your order (wrong design, incorrect printing, etc.), we will:

  • Reprint and ship the correct items at no charge, or
  • Issue a full refund

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Non-Customized Products

Ready-made, non-customized products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Items are unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • You contact us before returning

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

6. Cancellations

Before Production: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before production begins.

After Production Starts: Once your customized order enters production, cancellations are not possible.

7. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

8. How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact us through our website or email with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return/refund
  • Photos (if applicable for damaged items)

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
